Payment Schedule:

Consultation (No Cost or Obligation to the Client)
Concept Phase (Cost to Client: $500.00)
Proposal ($2,000 Retainer per Room)
Contract Documents (50% Deposit on Materials)
Delivery (50% less the $2,000.00 Retainer)

Lifestyle Kitchen Studio Procedure Definitions:

Retainer:
At the Proposal Phase, a $2,000.00 Retainer is required per Room. This retainer will be applied to the second 50% payment on the product.

Change Order:
All Changes are to be signed and dated by Lifestyle Kitchen Studio, the Client, and, when necessary, the Contractor, and added to the Contract Documents.

Return Items:
Cabinetry and Custom Order, and Countertop Sales are final.
