Delivery (50% less the $2,000.00 Retainer)

Upon Jobsite Delivery, the second 50% of the project payment is due, less the $2,000.00 Retainer.

Upon delivery, Lifestyle Kitchen Studio inspects the product. If product is damaged or missing, Lifestyle Kitchen Studio will make the proper arrangements for the replacement piece. In this event, the client and builder will be made aware in writing, and, when necessary, photos as well as the expected delivery time of the pieces.

Cabinetry is to be stored at the jobsite unless other arrangements are necessary.
